Sugar
is one of the most important nutrition and can be produced through decoction or
processing
Sugar is commonly used as the general term
of white sugar, brown sugar and crystal sugar. Cane sugar is the constituent of
three of them. Sugar is one of the important sauces of nutrition in human
bodies. The energy which is generated after sugar is oxidized sustains the
human metabolism. About 70% of energy
that the body needs comes from sugar, so it is essential for people to
replenish sugar in their daily lives. Sugar is primarily produced in two ways:
the traditional method of decoction as well as modern industrial processing.
